Alliance Moving Systems is part of a service industry that traditionally practiced socially distancing in its basic operation and delivery procedures. As health guidelines remain ever changing, Alliance Moving Systems will provide relocation and storage services with revised procedures to ensure professional handling and service with the health of our employees and clients in mind.

Warehouse services offered by Alliance Moving Systems will remain staffed and operationally available for receiving and storage services from 9:00am-3:00pm by appointment. All shipments will continue to be received by experienced staff using the proper health procedures such as latex gloves and social distancing between staff and drivers.

Alliance moving staff is also available for urgent relocation services based on time sensitive closings or emergency-based needs. All staff will adhere to 6’ social distance protocol as well as latex gloves during services. One man and Two man crew sizes are the only relocation crews available for moves at this time. The small crew size allows for social distancing and client privacy. Clients will not need to have direct interaction with staff. Pre-relocation calls will cover all details. Vehicles will be limited to our Mercedes Sprinter fleet and small box trucks that are disinfected after every relocation. In doing so household relocation will need to be scheduled for a longer during than is typical for a 3-4 man crew size. If your relocations do not require immediate service, please know that we will be here for you when the time is appropriate. Safety and health concerns are all that matter at this time.

When considering our Document storage/Shredding operations, please contact our office at 524-6683 and we will schedule a private drop off time for you. For warehouse visits a 48 hour scheduling call is required. Social distancing and proper health procedures apply for all visitors.

Alliance Moving Systems employees are aware of the present CDC health codes and are evaluated each day for health-related conditions. If any employee is ill, they do not come to work and are directed to the proper medical professionals if required. Your health is just as important and we ask that if you or your family are ill that we design a relocation service that uses pre-relocation visual inventories to minimize on-site gatherings. A pre-relocation visual inventory can be done through face-time or any video program. This is a quick, easy way to communicate between parties and allows the homeowner to maintain privacy during each phase of the relocation.
